Absolutely recommend this place for a family getaway! Beautiful, clean and a lot of space and the view is absolutely amazing!!! The kids enjoyed the big selection of games and the playground.
What a relaxing stay! I booked this AirBnb for a couples weekend with 3 other couples. It's a close enough drive to Winnipeg that it's not a huge commitment. Pranav was a good host.

Our Properties are spread out at 1.6 and 1.4 acres with a boat launch and matured spruce tress separating them.We have 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths(21 shaun dale,1800 sq feet)and 4 bedroom,2.5 bathrooms(27 shaun dale,1500 sq feet)
21 Shaun dale-One king bedroom with attached washroom(shower) and a two person jacuzzi tub and a 8 person outdoor wood burning sauna along with a 4 person wood burning hot-tub,3 spacious queen bedrooms and one double bedroom.
27 Shaun dale-One king bedroom and 3 queen bedrooms along with a 8 person outdoor sauna and 8 person hot tub.
Pinawa Dam heritage cabin across from Pinawa Dam provincial heritage park,1350sq feet,3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms also comes with a 6 person sauna on 6.74 acres.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy-
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel their booking 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Amenities
We are on the Snoman Trail, you can park your sleds in the backyard, get to the Winnipeg River in less than 2 minutes. Our Cedar wood burning sauna, jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, outdoor BBQ & Griddle, Propane Fire bowl make our cabin a summer or winter oasis! Our cabin has lot’s of ATV trails in close proximity, in pristine fishing territory, and very close to granite hills and Pinawa Golf Course for golf enthusiasts.
Don’t forget all bedrooms have a view to the water and 1.6 acres of lush green gardens surrounded by beautifully aged trees and your own private dock.
Netflix, Apple+, Disney+, Apple Music, Prime Video all included.
You have access to brand new dock for yourself and don’t forget a sea-doo ramp.
There is a Bluetooth Soundbar on the gazebo for hanging out in the sauna, deck, or firepit(firewood included)enjoying your tunes! Recently updated patio seating on the deck for your comfort and a brand new deck 🙂
Enjoy our High speed Starlink internet WI-FI, Netflix, Apple+, Disney+, Prime Video, and Apple Music on the 3D 4K TV/Apple TV 4K, with Bose surround sound in the living room. You can easily mirror your device to watch anything on your iPhone or iPad on the TV as well.
We offer most appliances and utensils you would need and also cooking essentials. A take one/leave one pantry will provide a rotating selection of random snacks and extras! We have a state of the art coffee maker for coffee connoisseurs. Coffee and tea provided to get you started. Drinking water is town water and is totally potable and safe to drink.
Provided are full linens and towels, beds are made up and ready to go, in European style. Just drop your bags and start relaxing! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathroom are always stocked up.
Play structure to keep the kids busy, and i am a very flexible host so if guests need anything to make their stay more comfortable please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message.
I can also arrange a private pontoon boat ride on the winnipeg river, guided fishing tours and jet ski tour(limited availability).$500 damage deposit and only experienced boaters with pleasure craft operators license will be allowed to operate the watercraft.
We also offer guided ATV (6 Seater Polaris NorthStar-heated/air conditioning with snow tracks),Ice fishing shack rental's, golf packages, hiking/trekking tours, snow shoeing, cross country skiing. Please let us know in advance before making your reservation and we will try our best to accommodate all your wishes.
Weddings, birthday parties and special occasions can also be accommodated for special pricing and we can also link you up with local catering companies to cater to your desired taste bud.

We offer customized hunting trips,fishing trips,snowmobiling,ice fishing shack rental,Atv rentals,jet ski rental,pontoon boat rentals/rides and speed boat rentals.We can tweak your adventures accordingly to your needs if you give us enough notice.
