By booking you agree to the house rules: no parties or events, no smoking, quiet hours. Up to 12 guests are included in the nightly rate.

The card is saved securely with Square. The $500 damage deposit is authorised now and taken only when Nav approves; the stay cost is charged the day before check-in.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as that is at least 14 days before check-in.
